Weekly ride at Paloheinä (schedules are published during July)
Come and try mountain biking on the Suomen Latu Paloheinä weekly ride!
We’ll ride around the Paloheinä area on various, beginner friendly trails and routes. If you have never tried mountain biking before, we advice you to take part of a beginners mountain bike course at Paloheinä first. There you’ll learn the basics, get used to the bike, and be able to participate in a group ride.
The amount of participants on a weekly ride is not limited, and you won’t need to book the ride in advance if you join with your own bike.
A rental bike you can reserve from this page, we advice to book the bike in advance.

If you suspect that your condition is not strong enough for a ride on the trails, we suggest that you rent or use a electric assisted bike. The speed is not high on the ride, but it takes a bit of strength and stamina to ride the trails.
